Charly Short, you are the best! Charly was the mortgage specialist my sister and I used to get our mortgage. It was our first experience with mortgage specialist and we recommend her wholeheartedly, because of her excellent work and compassion. Charly was more than a mortgage specialist to us. Charly got us a very good mortgage rate. She would check up on us to find out if everything was going well with our purchase process. Almost a week before closing, the basement of the house, we had made an offer on, was flooded with sewage and water. We were at a loss about what to do. We email Charly about the situation and explained to her our difficulties and she referred us to people and resources to help us with understanding what our rights were.
